The "Federation News" was the official publication of the Chicago Federation of Labor.  John L. Lewis gets very negative news reporting.  Both issues cover news from around the country as well as from the Chicago area.  Each is complete with 12 pages.  There are the usual nicks in the spine as in all disbound issues but affect nothing.  There is a very light general toning and a more moderate toning at edges of pages.  No holes, tears, wrinkles, or brittleness with overall condition being very good.
