This is a natural giant Gigas Clam Shell.
It measures 19"long x12" wide x 4 " high and weighs 14 lbs.
The interior of this shell is bright, smooth and creamy white color.
The exterior is bright white with clumps of sealife.
The Giant Clams
are the largest living bivalve mollusks.
One of a number of large clam species native to the shallow coral reefs
and can weigh more than 440 lbs.
They can measure as much as 47 in. across and have an average lifespan in the wild of over 100 years.
Giant clams live in flat coral sand
or broken coral and can be found at depths of as much as 66 ft.
They grow to be about 4 feet in length.
