This enclosure contains thumbscrew-style cable connectors for the SCSI cables. The 6th photo details this. This is the most common method, but I've also seen some wide SCSI connectors with the ears for latch-style retention similar to SCSI-2 HD50 connectors.
This is a very nice quality enclosure. The chassis and cover are metal and the bezel is plastic. There is an internal bracket that is removed to attach the drive. This drive also doubles as a cover for the power supply. The final two photos show the bracket removed from the enclosure.
A  drive is not included. You will receive the enclosure pictured.
