The front panel Aluminum edge, which is generally pitted, is excellent.
The front panel is as close to perfect as you could possibly ask.
This receiver is pretty uncommon to begin with, but in this condition it is quite amazing.
This receiver is utterly beautiful in every way.
You could eat off the chassis.
Radio was serviced a few years ago and had caps,etc replaced and brought up to as near specs as possible given it's age.
I purchased this with the intention of recreating my original Novice station but have run out of room to have "boat anchors" in the shack.
This is one of Hammarlund's finest radios for the Ham community back in its day and is still coveted among AM Broadcast DXers today.
