Hand Painted Day Of The Dead Jesus Vintage Chalkware Plaque

This is a vintage chalk ware plaque featuring a relief style head of Jesus that has been hand painted in a colorful Day of the Dead motif. I’m calling it used because it is a vintage item, but I have recently updated it with bright metallic colors of blue, purple and fuchsia, surrounded by a black background. Subtle accents of glitter add to the shimmering effect. Colorful flowers and swirls alternate with white skeleton bones around the border’s edge. Signed by me, the artist. It is sealed with a satin sheen protective coating. This petite plaque has metal hangers embedded in the back for hanging and measures approximately 3 3/4” long by 3 3/8” wide and extends outward 1 1/4”.
It would make a great unexpected accent in a small nook, part of a collage or resting on a stand in an alter display.
