    Description

From a Tucson, Arizona collector's estate:
A very early Hopi pottery pitcher. Measures 10½ high. Condition is very good: no chips or cracks.
The pitcher is a lovely, warm orange color. I estimate its age to be circa 1920's.
It is a very rare form.
The designs are Nampeyo in style. If it is not by Nampeyo herself it is for certain by a family member.
