THIS SSD CASE DOES NOT SUPPORT PCIE NVME / AHCI M.2 SSD, SUCH AS SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS, WD BLACK SN750.

Note:

he SSK M.2 SATA SSD housing connector has only one gear for compatible SSDs (B button and B + M button). If your SATA SSD has two slots, one slot will be left empty. This does not affect the function.
Notice:
1. ORICO M.2 SATA SSD to USB 3.1 external SSD housing only supports SATA bus M.2 2280/2260/2242/2230 SSD with B-key / B + M key. It does not support PCI-E based M-Key and M + B-Key NVMe SSDs and MacBook SSDs.
2. It is normal for the aluminum alloy plate to heat up as the high speed M.2 drives generate a lot of heat while working.
3. The brand new SSD drive may not find the drive because the brand new SSD drive should be formatted before using it for the first time. And also need to do the SSD drive partition.
4. You will be kindly reminded that your computer cannot recognize the brand of the actual SSD with this M.2 SATA to USB adapter. Therefore, with Samsung SSD, you could not use the Samsung disk cloning software.
