    This sale is for a Sony
    AC-E455A
    adapter rated at 4.5 VDC and 500ma.  We obtained this Sony adapter that was designed for another Sony product and reversed the polarity and applied the correct input connector so that it would work with the ICF-2010 radio receiver.  Thus, you will need to ignore the printed schematic on the adapter face that is showing the incorrect polarity.  The center is now negative per ICF-2010 requirements and would act as a replacement for the AC-D3M adapter that is very hard to find.
    While it is possible that you may locate another 4.5 VDC adapter with a different company name on it that could perhaps work with your radio, this adapter retains the Sony Company trade name and so most closely matches your Sony radio in appearance.
