Vintage CALIBRE 240 AM/FM Stereo Receiver - Serviced, Tested, Works/Sounds Great

After years of buying, repairing, collecting, trading, and selling vintage audio I'm getting out of the business.  My wife and I have both retired and will be focusing on other interests and projects.  I have a lot of inventory to get rid of and will be listing numerous items on eBay over the next few months.
Condition of the items I'm listing here on eBay will range from parts or repair to serviced and/or refurbished.  The condition of each item will be clearly described in the listing.  Most items will be sold "as-is" with no returns or refunds unless otherwise specified.
I will provide post-sale technical support on any item I sell as I want to ensure all my customers are satisfied with their purchase.  If by chance an item is damaged in transit I will open a claim with the carrier.
This Calibre 240 AM/FM Stereo Receiver was manufactured around 1980 and marketed by Pacific Stereo.  Pacific Stereo marketed several stereo house brands to include Concept, Calibre, and Quadraflex.  The Calibre 240 was the top of the Calibre line, which included the 215 and 225 models.  Rated at 42 watts/ch. into 8 ohms, the 240 can easily power most vintage and newer speakers.  All functions and features have been tested and this receiver works and sounds great!
I changed several capacitors on the power supply board as some had started bulging with a couple running hot during use.  The controls were cleaned and lubricated with DeoxIt.
All lamps/leds are presently working.  I adjusted the idle bias on both channels to 20mv.
The speaker "A" connector strip was replaced as the original was broken.  Speaker "B" left channel negative connector is a bit hokey but still works.  Place a finger under the back of the spring connector when pushing the front of it down and no problems.
Cosmetically the receiver has minor scuffs, scratches, dings, and discoloration from normal use and handling.  One deeper scratch on the top.  It still looks nice.  Please view the included pictures for a better idea of cosmetic condition.  Sold as-is with no refunds or returns.
