. It features thick aluminum construction with a nice hammered texture, pattern 2127.

approx. 9" across the bottom, 6 1/2" to the top of the domed lid, and 10 1/2" tall with the handle.
Condition
:
Overall, this kettle is in good vintage condition. Kettle has a beautiful wood handle with dark brass(?) endcaps (one is loose). The aluminum body has remnants of black paint in the hammered
divots
on the bottom 1/3 of the front side and even less on the back. There is a small hole about 3.5" below the spout. It appears to have been repaired at one time and maybe the solder or other material fell off. The octagonal lid is on a sturdy hinge which works well and the lid fits tightly. Interior has some corrosion / oxidation. I would not recommend this kettle be used for afternoon tea, but if you're looking for a kettle to place on your woodstove, display elsewhere in your home, or use as a planter with flowers, this would be perfect.
